Step-by-step instructions:

• Under "Tools", select "E-mail Accounts..."
• Select E-mail, "Add a new e-mail account" and click "Next"
• Select IMAP and click "Next"
• The next page is the Internet E-mail Settings (IMAP) page. Type in "Your Name" as you would like it to appear on your emails. Type in your email address as it appears in the account you created. The "incoming mail server (IMAP)" and "outgoing mail server (IMAP)" are both w2a.bigimap.com
• Your user name should be username@domain.com, for instance sarahuser@bigimap.com
• Type in your password and select, "Remember password," then click on "More Settings..."
• Select the "Outgoing Server" tab
• Click on the box next to "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and leave the tick-box "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" checked, then click "OK"
• Click "Next" on the Internet E-mail Settings (IMAP) page, then click "Finish" on the Congratulations page.
• This should return you to your inbox, and the account should connect to the bigimap.com server. You can test your account by sending an email to your own address, and selecting "send/receive."
• Note: if you have trouble downloading the message body, simply select "connect to w2a.bigimap.com" from the "File" menu. If you are "working offline," you cannot download the body of the message, only headers.
